We will strive to ensure that police in the Borough of Greenwich are more reflective of the local community. This will be achieved by:

Developing a positive recruitment campaign with key partners.

Involving representatives of the local community in promoting a positive image of the police service.

Developing appropriate educational based courses with local further education establishments.

Developing a mentor programme.

Developing a work shadowing programme based within the Community Safety Unit.
